A major property development close to the centre of Coldstream
In early 2023 SRS will be working with a social housing partner to deliver a major development in Coldstream, Scottish Borders.
The project will deliver 59 housing units to the area, providing essential homes for over 200 people with supporting the local community and its demand for affordable social housing.
SRS will be undertake all aspects of the pre planning and development.
The SRS team will be in attendance at the meeting of the Coldstream Community Council on Thursday the 17th of November to present the proposed master plan.
In addition, SRS will be hosting the first of two public consultations on Tuesday the 23rd of November, which will be held at the Newcastle Arms in Coldstream between 6:00 - 8:00 pm.
This public meeting is intended for all members of the local community who are invited to discuss the proposed development, highlight any concerns and provide constructive feedback.
