SinCera were engaged by SPIE to carry out groundworks, construction and internal fit-out works to the Royal Mail centre on Belmont Industrial Estate in County Durham.
Our works involved installation of paving and groundworks relating to a new Customer Service Point (CSP), an external patio and picnic area for staff recreation and internal WC and canteen fit-out works.
The works to the WC areas were quite substantial, being a complete strip out and install to new scheme / designs. SinCera did the totality of the works (plumbing, joinery, dry lining & tiling) barring only electrical items.
SinCera were the best performing sub-contractor on the Royal Mail North East strategy by far. They reacted quickly to the clients changing demands and always on program as promised. An absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend to any of my colleagues in the industry.
